Thanks to our wonderful participants and exceptionally awesome pinch hitters, everyone who has submitted a work has a gift, and we are on track for works in the Worldbuilding v2 Exchange 2025 to be revealed on Thursday, April 24, at 11pm EDT!

You can use the remaining time to write more treats! (The collection will remain open for treats, so if you don't have time now to do justice to that nifty prompt you noticed, you can do it later in the year - but if you want to do it now...yay!)

We also recommend that you check your work(s) over for spelling, grammar, exclusion of your recipient's Do-Not-Wants, and inclusion of worldbuilding that addresses one specific worldbuilding tag your recipient requested. You do not need to tag your work with that specific worldbuilding tag, especially since our tagset tags are in the relationship field for matching purposes. However, if you'd like to use a tag that describes the worldbuilding aspect of your work, feel free to use the additional tags field.

I would love to read more about the Golden Age, early days, middle days, or the end, it doesn’t matter. What was it like? What were the Pevensies like as Kings and Queens? How did society function? What were the political challenges they faced, what factions existed, and how did decisions get made? What sort of issues did the Pevensies deal with as monarchs? How did they get their information? Did they use Talking Animals as spies in other lands? Or in Narnia itself? How would one counter that? And in terms of daily life, what did people do with their time? How did they make a living, and how did they spend their leisure? Or did they even have that division?
I’d also love an exploration of the fact that there are so many diverse species within Narnia – how did the Pevensies balance the sometimes competing needs of their subjects? To what extent does each species have its own culture, and to what extent is there a unifying Narnian culture? How do the various species get on? How do the various animalistic instincts of the Talking Animals and their physiological features influence their behaviour and customs? Are there differences between geographical regions that cut across species? Which differences matter more, regional or between species? Or does it vary?
Regarding the 100 year winter, what effect did that have on different creatures, both the ones that are adapted to winter climates, and the ones that aren't? How did the grazers find food? And what about creatures like bears, who hibernate? A lot of animals have their young in the spring - was there a baby boom once the winter was over?

I would love to learn about Cathmoira! What’s the city like, how is it organised and run, what sort of occupations do people have? How much is magic a part of daily life – is it like Avalir where it’s omnipresent, or is it more low-key? Is there infrastructure for learning magic, or is that all in Avalir? How do residents of Cathmoira relate to its sister city? What is the wide open space on the mountaintop used for when Avalir isn’t there?
Or what is the Replenishment like when it doesn’t lead to the destruction of a continent? What celebrations are there? What does it look like and feel when Avalir deposits its gathered magic? How does that change Cathmoira, and how long does it last?
I’m also very interested in the Gau Drashari – what do they do when the purpose for their existence is gone? How do their abilities contribute to the fight against the Betrayer Gods? Do they travel around helping defend people against roving fiends, or do they find somewhere new to settle? Is this when they find the elemental rifts, and the Gau Drashari turn into the Ashari, even? Is it a conscious decision to seek out the rifts, or something that just happens?

I’m very interested in Career training: how did one get to the point of being happy and eager to risk one’s life in order to kill other children? Was there some kind of selection process, or did anyone who wanted receive training? If there was a selection process, who did the selecting? Who was selected/trained, and was it voluntary or forced? What sort of indoctrination did they go through? What sort of skills did they learn: obviously weapons and fighting, but did they also train survival or how to get sponsors? How organised was the training, and how official – was it an open secret, or was it a matter of pride, or something people did on the down-low? And how did the Volunteers get picked? Collins has one throwaway line that the Reaping could go on for hours in the inner districts – what happened during these hours? Who decided which teenagers would go to the Games and which didn’t – and what happened to the ones that didn’t? When did the first seeds to training tributes start in the career districts? How did Career training and attitudes towards Careers and Victors differ between the three districts? When did volunteering become a thing? How different were the career districts in their approach to training for the Games?
I’m also interested in past Hunger Games in general! What kinds of arenas did the Gamemakers come up with? How did they go wrong?
When did the culture of selling victors start? How much did the past Victors see each other when they were in the Capitol? How did they settle back into their home districts as Victors? Were they welcomed since they brought food, were they outsiders, to what extent could they settle back into their old community – presumably it varied between districts and between victor, but in what ways? How did they cope with mentoring, and how did they cope with bringing home new Victors knowing the fate that awaited them? What sort of duties did mentors have? How did they balance getting sponsorships with keeping an eye on the Game and making sure sponsor gifts got to the Tributes when they were needed? How did they find sponsors? How much control did they have over what gifts could be sent? Could the sponsors decide to send something against the will of the mentor?
Regarding smuggling in the districts, how did that work? How were contacts made between districts? How were the logistics sorted? Was D6 a hub, as the transport district, or did they arrange it some other way? How much did Victors get involved, since they could travel (to the Capitol at least) and potentially meet each other there? Were there Peacekeepers in on it for a take? What kind of goods were smuggled between districts? The same goods that were shipped to the Capitol, or different ones? Were there organised smuggling rings spanning multiple districts, or was it more disjointed and disorganised local efforts?
Similarly, how did the rebellion coordinate across the districts? I imagine there would be similar logistics issues as regards smuggling, them both being illegal operations over the district barriers. Who was involved in organising the rebellion? Who knew about the rebellion, and how did they communicate? How independent were the various district rebel cells? Were there several rebel factions in one district, and how did they get on? How much influence did District 13 have?

Tortall - Tamora Pierce

The Tortall books are an old childhood favourite of mine, and I really like the worldbuilding, the strong heroines, and the politics (that Pierce often glosses over as her stories are more focused on protagonists who aren’t very interested in politics, but the bits we do get fascinate me). I like how the universe gets more and more complex as the series go on, how what starts as fairly straightforward good vs. evil becomes more complicated, and the characters become more complex in later stories, but they don’t lose their hope and their belief in the goodness of humankind.
With regards to women’s roles and spaces, I’d love to see either how the women of the nobility manage their day-to-day affairs, or commoners – merchants, farmers, artisans, etc. What was considered a woman’s task, what was considered a man’s, which tasks were shared? How did Thayet pick her ladies? What role did women at court have if they weren’t among Thayet’s ladies? Under what circumstances could women own and run businesses? Which crafts were acceptable for women? How did Alanna and/or Kel going for knighthood change the common perception of women’s roles?
With regards to the King’s Own, I was intrigued by the parts of Squire when they weren’t fighting: when they were acting as disaster relief, building up forts, helping villages, and I’d love to see more of that – or of the King’s Own in general! Coram was in the army – what is the difference between the army and the King’s Own? What sort of missions/tasks are given to each force? And where do the Riders fit in? Are there ever any problems when the Riders work with the King’s Own – are there companies that work better or worse together? What sort of teething problems did they have when they established their systems? Where do they pick up most of their recruits? For how long do people sign on? What are the terms for regular members and for officers? Are is there a certain rank you can’t reach unless you’re noble, and how high can commoners go?

The Emelan books were very important to me growing up—I actually discovered them before Tortall! I loved the worldbuilding, and the idea of magic working through everyday objects, as well as the found family among the Circle and their tight bonds! I loved how competent they all were in their own fields, and how their competence was acknowledged and nurtured by their mentors.
I’d love some further exploration of Namornese culture and politics. What festivals do they celebrate? What gods exist in the Namornese religion, and how are they worshiped? To what extent does the Living Circle worship exist in Namorn, and to what extent is it tolerated? How is the balance of power between the crown, the nobles, and the merchants? Berenene seems to have gathered a lot of power to the crown at the expense of the nobles – did she have the merchants’ backing in this? How much is the war with Yanjing felt in everyday life – by nobles, by commoners, by merchants and farmers? How does the climate affect farming, culture, life in general?

I am quite intrigued by relations between the Continental Powers and the Little Peninsula: how did Eugenides react to their betrayal once the war was over? What kind of diplomatic relations did they have? How did they react to the Little Peninsula stopping the Mede progress, and taking part of Roa for his efforts? Do they try to repair the relationship, or does it remain frosty, and how does Eugenides respond to their overtures, whether friendly or hostile?
Regarding the role of the Magus of Sounis, what is that role? Is it just a special advisor? Does it come with any special duties, remnants from when the Magus used to have magic? What did they Magus do when it was a position for someone with magic?
With regards to the eruption of the Sacred Mountain, how did they evacuate? Sure, the people who fought against the Mede got lands, but what about the rest of them? What about the people who refused to move? What did they tell people? How did they organise the evacuation, and how did they prevent people from going back on the assumption it was a false alarm? How far from the end of the series did it happen? What consequences did it have for the rest of the peninsula, in terms of climate, folklore, or anything else? Did the gods have a role in any of this, aside from warning Helen in her dreams, either triggering or preventing the eruption, or lining events up so Eddis would be empty by the time the eruption occurred?

This is such a nice comfort read book! I loved Maia finding his feet in court, how he started to flourish and come into his own, and how he, through his kindness and consideration, managed to win people over and start making changes for the better! I also love the politics, how people use subtle cues to signal favour or disfavour, the thought that goes into appearances, and back-room deals where people trade favours with each other!
I’d also be incredibly interested in seeing how the women’s court functions, politics among the ladies—both their own politics, but also how they move things in the national politics that’s usually seen as the men’s domain, how they wield influence over other ladies and over men, the different factions among the women – not just Csoru’s faction and Csethiro’s, but what other factions, among the older ladies, and to what extent does it mirror the men’s factions, what Csethiro is like as the Empress, Vedero’s circle and who is included in it, and how it interacts with other factions in the women’s court, what role Arbelan has at court and how she fits in, or what role Chenelo would have in Maia’s court if she survived – or what role Chenelo or Arbelan had before their relegations, when they were the Empress? How have things changed by the time Ino and Mireän enter court?
What is the Barizhan court like, and how does in differ from the Ethuvereise court? How would a person steeped in Ethuvereise politics fit in in Barizhan, or vice versa? What are goblin politics like? What are the various factions, what do they want, and how do they work together or against each other to further their goals? Are there things that are decided by combat other than who becomes the Great Avar when there are no heirs, and how are these combats judged – how is the winner determined, what are the rules, and what are the penalties for breaking the rules? How are issues solved if it isn’t by combat – by consensus decision or by rulings, and by who? Does the Barizheise court have something similar to the Corazhas, and who is included in that, if so? Who is included in the Emperor’s Dav, and how do the various Davs relate to each other and work together or against each other? How do social functions work when relations between the nobility and their households are less formal? Are there still barriers in palace and codes of etiquette, and what are the sanctions (social or official) for breaking them?

As a rule, I'm not interested in the "revised" continuity of Dark Sun, which followed the novels into weird and wacky places about ancient halfling bioengineers doing an "oopsie" with the sun: I prefer the more stripped-down and mysterious history of the original box (which was at least loosely followed by the 4e version).

So:
The Deserts is pretty much a big catch-all category for exploring the majority of Athas. Consider: the history of the deserts (perhaps with regards to defilers, the sorcerer-kings, and the Dragon), navigation through them, living in them, the terror of being without water in them, and so forth.
The slave tribes and the elf tribes are fascinating inhabitants of the deserts. Consider for the slaves: the formation of these groups of escapees, their disparate members, any merging or splitting they might do, their internal politics and organisation, their conflicts. For elves: their protectiveness of their own members, their notoriety for treachery towards anyone else, their skill at navigating Athas' landscape.
Challenge combat (from Dragon Kings) has tonnes of potential for dramatic moments. Consider: great conflicts settled by challenge combat, particular traditions that champions or groups of people or city-states might have around challenge combat, high moments of treachery, times when challenge combat actually solved nothing.
Bards show the wealthier, but no less ruthless side of Athas, being (potential) assassins, infiltrators, and poisoners. Consider: their hiring as assassins and all that goes along with it, the idea of bards being "gifted" to other nobles, the social faux pas that is either being too obvious about sending bardic assassins or turning away bards just because they might be assassins and the consequences that result, the rare bard who does just want to play music, record history, and inspire people.

First Reports of Returning Solars - not that Anathema are unknown to the world, obviously, but exploring the idea (perhaps especially among the movers and shakers of the world, and among other Exalted) that after the long centuries the Solars are finally Exalting in numbers again. The emotional and political repercussions. Speculation on why: I've always been taken by the book suggestions that it took this long for the reincarnating Solars to be cleansed of their misdeeds, or that the Unconquered Sun has finally turned his face back to Creation after so long in despair at the monstrosity of the Solars and nevertheless also at their destruction.

Chivalry of the Deathknights - quoth 1e core "Abyssal Exalted are the noble champions of Death. Full of grace, educated and even charming in their cold fashion, the deathknights are gentlefolk as well as peerless warriors." This is definitely my preferred version of the Abyssals, rather than Neph's meditations on grimdark, forcibly destructive Exalted on a tight Neverborn leash (they're dead and dreaming, not conscious plotters).
Consider: the very particular customs that make up Underworld/Abyssal courtesy, chivalry, and charm. What effect does . The feudality of being a deathknight: the loyalty owed both to the unliving Deathlords and the unliving "peasants" of the Underworld. The protectiveness and noblesse oblige shown by e.g. Shards of Basalt in CB: Dawn. The fact that Abyssals are, by some margin, the most likely other type of Exalted to team up with Solars in early material.

The Blood War: the great battlefields of the Blood War. Fame won and long in its fighting. Spectacular victories or defeats that moved the needle, just a little, for a while, until the grinding and inevitable stalemate resumed. Other planar factions, entities, and powers intervening, for whatever goals they might have in mind. The machinations of the yugoloths, between demon and devil. (See source: Hellbound - the Blood War).

The Great Modron March: the sheer vastness of the enterprise. The reactions of everyone to this enormous intrusion. The opportunities presented by it or left in its wake. The reasoning behind the March. If it's an observation mission, then the things that the March is actually cataloguing, potentially from the modron and/or Primus point of view. The observer paradox and the degree to which anything the March finds is actually reflective of the truth, given its own impact.

The Bleak Cabal's charitable work: Because altruistic existentialism is cool and because gods know Sigil clearly needs charitable work. So: the places that the Cabal set up their hospitals and hospices and soup kitchens. People they encounter there. The specific types of Bleakers who engage in this work. Their actual day-to-day activities.

The New War - any more ideas on what this was like for the Origin system as a whole (Grineer/Corpus/unaligned), either during or after the conquest, outside the vignettes we got in the game? The idea of calling his own son a Dax has so much weight to it ...

The aftermath of TNW - similarly, but especially the recovery for the system as a whole. You might also consider the remnant Sentients - not just Hunhow and Erra/Pazuul, but everyone else in the great Sentient fleet that now had to retreat back to the Veil. A closer and more intimate look at the Tenno recovery - the Chosen Operator and/or the body of the Tenno as a whole, especially alongside Lotus and her renewed self. Thoughts specifically on Lotus settling into her new persona (whichever it might be) and potentially Eternalism echoes that make her think of the other choices and paths she could have made.

Was it at the same time as Luna and the Maidens and Gaia/the Dragons so that the whole Host rose together, or did one go first? Did each partner in the Divine Rebellion choose one champion to begin with, or were there many? What did it feel like for the new Exalted? What did the gods (and Autochthon and Gaia) think when they beheld their new creations?

- It's common to interpret the ending as Incognita being in full control over everything, but is it actually that simple? Given her strikes on corp HQs, the corps are weakened but hardly gone. What does the aftermath of her takeover look like? What are her plans (if any) for the remnants of Invisible? Her relationship with Central post-takeover?
- I'd love to see pre-campaign (or post-canon for that matter! either is good) standard InvInc operations fleshed out a bit more. What do they do in the event of an agent being compromised? What protocols are there for rescued agents who've gone through brutal interrogation and/or deprogramming -- both on the side of physical/medical rehabilitation and psychological recovery, but also dealing with information leaks and shaken loyalties?
- As the most wanted anti-corporate terrorist on the planet, Central puts a great amount of trust into the people who become her agents. How is that trust earned? How does she find the right people? Also, how big are Invisible operations, anyway? How many people work for the agency (not necessarily all of them near HQ) and how much do they know? It takes a lot of people to keep an agency like this running, including basic admin, repairs and maintenance, custodian and janitor work, etc. How does Central manage such potential leaks of information?
- More nitty-gritty details of InvInc operations plz, particularly infiltration planning, prep, intel gathering, how they pick their targets, etc. Are they full mercenary, only taking contracts for the money and their own gradual intel-gathering advantage, or do they also work together with other anti-corporate groups even when they have little to gain from it in the short term?

Invisible Inc request #2: Broader and historical scope

Prompts, continued:
- Another prompt for Incognita's takeover: what do the first hours (days, weeks) after the OMNI mainframe mission look like on the agency side? The corps have bigger problems to worry about now, but their HQ is still gone, most of their agents are still MIA (and maybe the team even took casualties during the OMNI mission itself!), and now they've lost their AI. I'd love to see in detail what it would look like for Invisible to establish a foothold in the immediate aftermath and scramble to bring some of their operations back -- perhaps with Monst3r's help?
- The missions we see are stealthy blitz strikes -- when the intruders teleport in and out, most missions probably take a handful of minutes. One, I'd love to see corporate anti-teleportation countermeasures as a source of drama/mission complication! Two, I'd love to see what other kinds of missions the agency does, if any. Do they do more classic intelligence work with long-term infiltration, double agents, sleeper agents, that kind of thing?
- How do the cyberpunk setting and the technology available affect all of the above? Does the existence of Neural Redaction have any implications for interrogation and detainment, or for post-trauma psychological care? On the flip side, a Severance (TV show)-style implant seems within scope, and would be a dramatic avenue for sleeper agents. So many possibilities...
- Teleportation, neural uplinks, and cloaking tech are all important aspects of Invisible's operations. I'd love to see more about when this kind of tech was first introduced and adopted for spywork, as well as what anti-corporate measures look like. The Invisible modding scene introduces things such as custom guards in the Advanced Guard Protocol mod who can do things like see cloaked agents with UV Spectrometers. It would be cool to see this explored more in fic, such as agents encountering anti-cloaking tech/guard implants/etc. for the first time.
- The Istanbul Run. We don't know much about it, and the things we know mainly come from corporate sources. Feel free to expand on how it went wrong, what was truth and what is fiction, whether Draco and Rush were actually executed or if the corps lied about that just like they lied about Central's execution. If you'd like to explore it post-factum through the eyes of someone like Prism trying to find out what happened, that would be great too!
- AI development: Incognita seems special. Is she? Are there more AIs like her? Has Invisible ever encountered one? (If you'd like to borrow ideas from the Programs Extended mod's Hostile AI feature... feel free hehe.)
- The Invisible Inc. setting is somewhat unconventional when it comes to cyberpunk settings in that the transition to corporate-ruled dystopia was fairly sudden, violent, and in recent history. Even the younger agents were born before the Resource Wars and before the megacorporations attained full global control! I'd love to see this explored a bit more in terms of how it might affect some typical genre staples. For example, is there more unrest and dissent as a result? Many people still remember the way it was before, after all!
- In-universe meta prompt: I would looove a custom datalog! A journal article, a scrap of an agent's past in some old paperwork or records or long-lost correspondence...
- Art prompt: it might be a tall order but I'd adore something like one of the loading screen posters in the game that contain messages: densely-packed with information, some projected elements from retinal HUDs and stuff!

E.g.: maybe neon and similarly hi-vis motifs started out as a way for rebels and insurgents to interfere with CCTV and facial recognition software. Bbright neon signs can cause blow-out problems in photography, bright patches of neon and dark colours could break up the human silhouette both to conventional vision and in the eyes of auto-targeting drones, smart CCTV, etc. Maybe this kind of trend starts out as something practical but gets co-opted by the public, much like punk and hippie aesthetics has spread beyond the rebellious countercultures they originated in. Is there still room for rebellion as expressed through fashion? What does that look like?
- Cyberpunk fashion: What kind of clothing constitutes a status symbol and why? What kind of materials and motifs might be in use? Also, if it's not too heavy, I'm fascinated by the idea of widespread masking originating as preventative disease control praxis but having a secondary benefit in avoiding facial recognition in the age of corporate surveillance. I absolutely love the vibes of this music video of Hans Zimmer's Inception track Time that was filmed and released during the pandemic.
- Corporatocracy, social stratification, black markets and pirate radio stations... I enjoy the drama and tensions of the inherent contradictions that society in the corporate late-stage capitalism setting of cyberpunk tumultuously exists with and rests upon. The tension between self-preservation and rebellion. What form does organised dissent take in this society? Many classic cyberpunk stories are about the rugged individual, a lone wolf or amoral mercenary with not much of a cause: a single person vs. the system. I'd love to see you deconstruct this or take it a bit further. What does it look like for people to try to change this kind of world for the better?

- Death's Door (and semi-relatedly) Time Travel: I'd love to see more of this, holy hell. What that dimension even is, what it means. Did Dessa really meet her younger self, and is there really going to be a timeline where Dessa meets Jen with foreknowledge and a warning from a weird dream? Feel free to explore some of those alternate timelines in as much depth as you want! I also have an AU5K request you might find inspiring for this! :)
- The existence of multiple timelines seems all but explicit given the way foresight works, which also makes it a little grim... in a way, did all those alternate bad timelines (or the better ones for that matter) still really happen? That seems like the kind of thing that would drive a Seer to a breakdown, alright...
- We don't see that much of the Druid Mafia but I would love to see more of them: what their methods and above all their goals are. Is their connection with nature only a means to an end, or is it also part of their ideology (if they have one)? I'd also love to see you delve into Rion's history with them a bit more, or Dessa, for that matter, who seems to have worked with all sorts.
- The "anxiety dream" thing that's textually a side effect of Zan's Craft is a neat and convenient excuse for some "character vs. own demons" storytelling, but I"d love to see it explored more beyond the one-scene wonders we get in the game. I would love to see this taken further with any of the requested characters. Do they lose this "ability" when they part ways with Zan, and do they miss it? For Jen: since she has a low-power version of Zan's Craft due to the vessel he gifted her, I'd love to see her deal with precognition as a source of drama (or shenanigans, or whatever you're in the mood for).
- Unlocking the Craft: We get the main cast's Unlocking stories but I would both love to see some more of this for other characters (e.g. Liv's team), or for any OCs you can think of interesting powers for. Canon divergent AUs (perhaps in the format of seer visions) of various alternate ways the cast could have Unlocked (or not Unlocked!) their power would also be great!
- I enjoy and welcome Interactive Fiction (e.g. AO3 format or on Twine, etc.) and it feels like another Anxiety Dream would work very well in IF format, just saying :3

As a rule, I'm not interested in the "revised" continuity of Dark Sun, which followed the novels into weird and wacky places about ancient halfling bioengineers doing an "oopsie" with the sun: I prefer the more stripped-down and mysterious history of the original box (which was at least loosely followed by the 4e version).

So:
The Deserts is pretty much a big catch-all category for exploring the majority of Athas. Consider: the history of the deserts (perhaps with regards to defilers, the sorcerer-kings, and the Dragon), navigation through them, living in them, the terror of being without water in them, and so forth.
The slave tribes and the elf tribes are fascinating inhabitants of the deserts. Consider for the slaves: the formation of these groups of escapees, their disparate members, any merging or splitting they might do, their internal politics and organisation, their conflicts. For elves: their protectiveness of their own members, their notoriety for treachery towards anyone else, their skill at navigating Athas' landscape.
Challenge combat (from Dragon Kings) has tonnes of potential for dramatic moments. Consider: great conflicts settled by challenge combat, particular traditions that champions or groups of people or city-states might have around challenge combat, high moments of treachery, times when challenge combat actually solved nothing.
Bards show the wealthier, but no less ruthless side of Athas, being (potential) assassins, infiltrators, and poisoners. Consider: their hiring as assassins and all that goes along with it, the idea of bards being "gifted" to other nobles, the social faux pas that is either being too obvious about sending bardic assassins or turning away bards just because they might be assassins and the consequences that result, the rare bard who does just want to play music, record history, and inspire people.

First Reports of Returning Solars - not that Anathema are unknown to the world, obviously, but exploring the idea (perhaps especially among the movers and shakers of the world, and among other Exalted) that after the long centuries the Solars are finally Exalting in numbers again. The emotional and political repercussions. Speculation on why: I've always been taken by the book suggestions that it took this long for the reincarnating Solars to be cleansed of their misdeeds, or that the Unconquered Sun has finally turned his face back to Creation after so long in despair at the monstrosity of the Solars and nevertheless also at their destruction.

Chivalry of the Deathknights - quoth 1e core "Abyssal Exalted are the noble champions of Death. Full of grace, educated and even charming in their cold fashion, the deathknights are gentlefolk as well as peerless warriors." This is definitely my preferred version of the Abyssals, rather than Neph's meditations on grimdark, forcibly destructive Exalted on a tight Neverborn leash (they're dead and dreaming, not conscious plotters).
Consider: the very particular customs that make up Underworld/Abyssal courtesy, chivalry, and charm. What effect does . The feudality of being a deathknight: the loyalty owed both to the unliving Deathlords and the unliving "peasants" of the Underworld. The protectiveness and noblesse oblige shown by e.g. Shards of Basalt in CB: Dawn. The fact that Abyssals are, by some margin, the most likely other type of Exalted to team up with Solars in early material.

Other planar factions, entities, and powers intervening, for whatever goals they might have in mind. The machinations of the yugoloths, between demon and devil. The Great Modron March: the sheer vastness of the enterprise. The reactions of everyone to this enormous intrusion. The opportunities presented by it or left in its wake. The reasoning behind the March. If it's an observation mission, then the things that the March is actually cataloguing, potentially from the modron and/or Primus point of view. The observer paradox and the degree to which anything the March finds is actually reflective of the truth, given its own impact.

The Bleak Cabal's charitable work: Because altruistic existentialism is cool and because gods know Sigil clearly needs charitable work. So: the places that the Cabal set up their hospitals and hospices and soup kitchens. People they encounter there. The specific types of Bleakers who engage in this work. Their actual day-to-day activities.

You might also consider the remnant Sentients - not just Hunhow and Erra/Pazuul, but everyone else in the great Sentient fleet that now had to retreat back to the Veil. A closer and more intimate look at the Tenno recovery - the Chosen Operator and/or the body of the Tenno as a whole, especially alongside Lotus and her renewed self. Thoughts specifically on Lotus settling into her new persona (whichever it might be) and potentially Eternalism echoes that make her think of the other choices and paths she could have made.

What did the gods (and Autochthon and Gaia) think when they beheld their new creations?

And vice versa, are there areas where the local law enforcement doesn’t care about enforcing the few rights they do have, or is even actively working against their interests? Are there fantasy creatures that are trying to break into local politics or campaigning for equal rights?

• Feel free to take a broad view of what falls under the definition of fantasy creature here. What are the creatures being raised for: their meat, their hides, their milk, something else? What unique challenges does rearing them present vs a mundane animal? If they are more difficult to keep what makes them worth it over mundane animals?
