Nantucket Trilogy - S.M. Stirling
WB: Tensions between uptimers and downtimers (Nantucket Trilogy), WB: Revenge of William Walker's Side (Nantucket Trilogy), WB: Nantucketers are the Sea Peoples (Nantucket Trilogy), WB: Nantucket-Babylon politics (Nantucket Trilogy), WB: The Nantucket Library (Nantucket Trilogy), Martha Cofflin (Nantucket Trilogy), Kathryn Hollard (Nantucket Trilogy), Althea Walker (Nantucket Trilogy), Odikweos (Nantucket Trilogy), Kashtiliash (Nantucket Trilogy), Fanfiction
DNW: unrequested mundane AU | female characters in fridges | non-con | violent dub-con | graphic violence | gore | graphic sexual violence | cruelty/death to animals | cruelty/death to children | requested character death | unrelieved grimdark | bigotry by the good guys | first or second POV | reader fic | ABO | soulbonds | wildly OOC in a non-cracky way
SMUT DNW: creampies | the word “cunt” | anal | hate each other out of bed | underage | incest
MAYBE: no-harm dubcon (sex pollen or “fertility artifact”) | period typical attitudes | infidelity | power dynamic
I love treats!
All characters do not need to appear.
Primarily looking for the following:
1. As the trilogy closes, Althea Walker and Ohotolarix are riding into Central Asia. I don't think Walker's daughter stays down for long. How does she come back? Do they mount any attempts to find her?
2. It's always hinted that Kathryn is going to find herself more torn between her roles as Queen of Babylon and Nantucketer - show me more of that. I don't want her and Kashtiliash torn apart but I am good with some angst and a compromise. Or, what drives the stake in the alliance's heart? How does Kathryn feel about being on the wrong side
3. Tensions go along with alliance with Babylon failing, but this I see as more of the little things that make it difficult for the two groups to get along. Maybe look at the experiences of downtime students who come to Nantucket - everyone can't be happy and welcoming.
4. Do any of their historians ever realize that the Nantucketers are LITERALLY the Sea Peoples? Are there conspiracy theories? Do they find some group to be the Sea Peoples?
5. The Nantucket Library - tell me about acquiring new works, or planting new satellite libraries elsewhere or explaining "late fees" to other cultures.

All characters do not need to appear.
1. I'd really love something lush that shows a royal court our adventurers come upon. Maybe Eric or Sheila are kidnapped by a princess/prince? Maybe show us Ramoud's court? Or show us a historical one of a queen from the Hall of Bones?
2. How do the portals that don't lead home make them feel? Maybe a portal that appears to go home but just takes them elsewhere in the Realm? You can make this one a little darker if you like but eventually save them.
3. There have to have been other parties that DM brought through. What happened to them? Are they still trapped in the Realm? Might they join forces?
4. How long are they in the Realm vs. how long are they gone in the real world? Canon suggests that no one has even noticed they're gone.
5. They get home but get pulled back. Why? How do they feel about it?

Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened (Video Game)
WB: What is Jonathan (SH: Awakened), WB: Summoning rituals (SH: Awakened), WB: Holmes family mental illness (SH: Awakened), WB: Elder gods (SH: Awakened), Sherlock Holmes (SH: Awakened), John Watson (SH: Awakened), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Solo, gen, or Holmes/Watson shipfic equally great! Treats of any medium very welcome!
I love the world of this game with all of its eldritch horror and creepy ritual mechanics and the devoted way that Holmes and Watson help each other through it. I would love any exploration into more of the gameplay mechanics from an in-universe viewpoint, more on the way the eldritch side of things in general functions, or Holmes' backstory! That poor boy is such a mess, and I'm onboard for digging into what exactly has gone wrong with his poor mind, aside from the eldritch horror, and of course I'm always curious about Jon!
Fandom likes: Early developing friendship and getting to know each other. Cases with or without eldritch horror (and for ones without, do they worry about what they might run into?). Holmes struggling to hold onto reality, Watson taking care of him, them taking care of each other. Cases gone wrong and putting each other back together (mentally or physically), blood everywhere, fragile sanity. Quiet moments between the horrors, finding joy in dark moments, keeping each other company. Grappling with cults and horrors and being compelled to do creepy rituals. Aspec Holmes, neurodivergent Holmes.
Likes: Hurt/comfort, whump, angst, sickfic. Casefic/missionfic, slice of life, domestic fluff. PTSD/trauma recovery, depression, anxiety. Disability, chronic pain/illness, neurodivergence. Queer characters, especially arospec and acespec. Best friends, queerplatonic relationships, ambiguous relationships, romance built on friendship. Cuddling, holding hands, hugs, forehead kisses, non-sexual intimacy. Loyalty/trust, characters taking care of each other, characters bleeding and tending each other’s wounds. Suffering, injury, torture, forced to watch, something made them do it, presumed dead, aftermath. Historical settings (accuracy optional!), isolated settings, canon divergent AUs.
DNW: Permanent death of requested characters (temporary okay), hopeless endings. Pet death. AUs other than canon divergence. Pregnancy of any kind, focus on unrequested kids, breakups/divorce. Therapy (including mentions of offscreen sessions), hospital stays longer than a few days, cancer. Omegaverse. Scat, mommy/daddy kink, ageplay. Genderswap, focus on dysphoria.

A Study in Emerald - Neil Gaiman
WB: The Restorationist Movement (Study in Emerald), WB: Daily Life in Albion (Study in Emerald), The Limping Doctor (Study in Emerald), Sherry Vernet | Rache (Study in Emerald), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Solo, gen, or Holmes/Watson shipfic equally great! Treats of any medium very welcome!
I am so endlessly intrigued by the glimpses that we get into this universe, and I want to know so much more about how it works! How much does the average person encounter the Old Ones? What sorts of eldritch effects have seeped into this universe, other than the moon turning red? Is there some supernatural element to the ads for patent medicines etc that we see in the story, or are they just the normal sort of shady? I would also love anything that digs into how the Restorationist movement functions. What are the other acts of resistance aside from assassinations? How is the rebellion doing?
Fandom likes: More hunts together, day in the life of Holmes’ and Watson’s work, exploration of how they interact with this world. Worldbuilding, general eldritch horror, looks into how this society functions. Hunts gone wrong and putting each other back together (mentally or physically), blood everywhere, fragile sanity. Quiet moments between the horrors, finding joy in dark moments, keeping each other company. Watson writing plays, Holmes performing them. Is Watson keeping a chronicle of their work in this world too? How does Holmes use his deductive skills as a hunter? Aspec Holmes, neurodivergent Holmes.

WB: Misprint Bibles (Good Omens Book), WB: How Miracles Work (Good Omens Book), WB: Discorporation and Getting a New Body (Good Omens Book), Crowley (Good Omens Book), Aziraphale (Good Omens Book), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Solo, gen, or Aziraphale/Crowley shipfic equally great! Treats of any medium very welcome!
We don't get that much detail about how Heaven/Hell work in the book, and I'd love any exploration of that! I'm cool with works that take inspiration from the TV version (especially S1), or something that takes off in a totally different direction! I also love all of the bits about Aziraphale's misprint Bibles, and would love to know more about his collection. Does Crowley know about that hobby?
Fandom likes: Early developing friendship, through the ages, the start of the Arrangement. Daring rescues, helping each other cope with trauma, taking care of each other. Moving to the South Downs together, domesticity at the cottage, the ongoing effects of thousands of years of trauma. Bookshop fire trauma, coping with mistreatment from Heaven/Hell, trying to adjust to freedom. Aspec Aziraphale and Crowley, neurodivergent Aziraphale and Crowley. Ducks! Holding hands! Picnics!

Solo or gen equally great! Treats of any medium very welcome!
BSG is one of my all time favorite shows, and there's just so much worldbuilding potential. I always want to know more about how things work onboard the Galactica, and with the rest of the Fleet. Supply issues, daily life stuff, dealing with problems while being on the run, all great! New Caprica is also such an intriguing disaster and I'd love any look into what happened down there before the Cylons showed up. And of course I'm always curious about post canon! Feel free to canon divergence the ending a bit if you'd like to let them keep some technology, I'm onboard with anything.
Fandom likes: Early developing friendship either in the merchant navy or back in the Fleet, missing scenes, post-canon exploring Earth, helping each other through trauma. Saul drinking to cope with pain/trauma, the two of them having fun getting drunk together. Daily life/slice of life on Galactica or back in the Colonies, quiet moments between horrors, taking a break after a hard day. War trauma, New Caprica trauma, fallout from the Final Five discovery. Loyalty and sticking together through tough times.
Likes: Hurt/comfort, whump, angst, sickfic. Casefic/missionfic, slice of life, domestic fluff. PTSD/trauma recovery, depression, anxiety. Disability, chronic pain/illness, neurodivergence. Chronicles of Narnia - C. S. Lewis
WB: Talking Animal customs (Narnia - Lewis), WB: Marsh-wiggle society (Narnia - Lewis), WB: Cultural differences within Narnia (Narnia - Lewis), Puddleglum (Narnia - Lewis), Reepicheep (Narnia - Lewis), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Solo or gen equally great! Treats of any medium very welcome!
This is such a huge universe with so many different aspects to explore! I would absolutely love anything that delves into how the world works, whether focused just on one society or a larger scale. I'm fascinated by how things work within the different cultures, and how they all interact with each other. Reepicheep is such a marvelous ball of courage with no self-preservation, and I would love to see him either on more adventures or having to deal with daily life when there's no adventures to be had. I adore the way that Puddleglum starts out seeming so very negative, and then you get into "well, at least if we die like this, we won't have to die in some other horrible way!" and it's just marvelous.
Fandom likes: Details about daily life, talking animals, different cultures. History of Narnia and other realms, exploring new areas. Reepicheep’s bravery and brashness, other Talking Mice and their perspective on him. Puddleglum’s weirdly optimistic streak and the way that interacts with expected Marsh-wiggle pessimism. Voyage of the Dawn Treader and The Silver Chair are my favorites of the books.
Likes: Hurt/comfort, whump, angst, sickfic. Casefic/missionfic, slice of life, domestic fluff. PTSD/trauma recovery, depression, anxiety. Disability, chronic pain/illness, neurodivergence. I love this silly little series.
Relationship of TL with Darkside: Why is the Darkside Division of the TLPD so maligned when there's clearly a ton of evidence that the Darkside exists? Plus, you know, there's that ban on supernatural artifacts, so clearly *someone* else acknowledges the Darkside. It'd be interesting to explore why that is.
Inspooktors: We never really see what Raxa gets up to as an Inspooktor. What training does she get? What does she get access to that isn't normally allowed for the people of Twin Lakes? What regulations are there for her?
Darksiders' attitudes: Do Darksiders have regular Brightside incursion drills? Are they taught to avoid anything that brings the Brightside over to their side? Something from the Brightside Division would be very welcome here: what fundamental differences are there from the Darkside Division? (Maybe we can see things through Dooley's eyes during his time in the Darkside? Or maybe we can get some of the Darksiders' reactions to him spending that long in their realm?)

Sorting this one by WB tag.
Sent's history: I would love to see Sent's log notes during the development of the hotel. What did the programmers do to train them? What bits of Sent's character remain existent in future versions of CORNERS? What problems did the programmers have while creating Sent?
Effects of CORNERS: It can't be just the "CORNERS bug," can it? With the people in charge, it almost certainly isn't. What else happens when reality isn't squaring up with reality? What comes up five years down the line, or ten? What bugs are there that the programmers just said "Eh, it's good enough as is?" Do the survivors encounter any longer-term effects (beyond the trauma) of having been hooked up to CORNERS?
Real-world applications of CORNERS: What use does the programmers' anonymous benefactor have in mind for CORNERS? What happens when the game's survivors encounter CORNERS "in the wild"?
Creation of the hotel: What was the process of designing the hotel like? Was it entirely up to one creator, or did they all have input? What shortcuts did they take, beyond the ones we see? If you want to do art, early sketches/diagrams with commentary from the creators would be a great idea.
All of these are completely optional and are meant as possible starting-out points. If your muse takes you in another direction, go to town!

Growing up Peacekeeper: What is it actually like growing up on a command carrier? What are the differences for children who are conscripted? We see a little of it in the Lion's Den episodes, but it's through the perspective of Aeryn (who's left at this point and is looking at it from an outside point of view). What is it like while you're actually in it? How do they encourage growth/specialization while still enforcing compliance?

Guild Wars 2 (Video Game)
WB: Asura culture & history (GW2), WB: Tyrian music (GW2), WB: Skritt culture & communication (GW2), Original Character(s) (Guild Wars 2 (Video Game)), Any or No Characters (Guild Wars 2 (Video Game)), Fanart, Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Asura: I would love to see something that explores behind what we see of Asura society. One of my favorite environmental things in Metrica Province is that golem that goes around sending messages back and forth between people. Glimpses of aspects like that of asura life would be very interesting. How do asura view romance? Or maybe an epistolary story involving some asura squabbling over credit for an invention, or teaming up to make sure the Inquest don't win the Snaff Prize this year. Alternately, I feel like a list of the rules that have been "written in blood" would fit well here. MOr combine with one of the other WB prompts: are they all big-time EDM fanatics? (I will not make an "underground concerts" joke here, I will not.)
Music: I just love the idea of music as a bridge between the many Tyrian cultures. Bonus points if you can include Van Leopard (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Van_Leopard), but if you choose not to, that's fine as well! I just really like Tyrian music. Grothmar Valley's best bit is the concert, and more of that would be amazing. Metal Legion can't be the only Tyrian music. Show me a concert flyer for some other band. Skritt: I love the skritt and their cities/towns - what do *they* know about their "hive mind" that the "major" species of Tyria just don't understand? How do they view the "major" species? How different is it to be a skritt alone versus a skritt in a large group? For art, what does skritt art look like?

His Dark Materials - Philip Pullman
WB: World history (HDM books), WB: Popular culture in Lyra's world (HDM books), WB: Panserbjørne society (HDM books), WB: Daemons & daemon lore (HDM books), Original Character(s) (His Dark Materials - Philip Pullman), Any or No Characters (His Dark Materials - Philip Pullman), Fanart, Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
I'm open to literally anything that fits the WB tags here. Some possible ideas:
Daemons: What lore surrounds daemons? What are the "rules" (like servants having dog daemons) and what are their exceptions? For that matter, what does academia have to say about daemons? I'm sure that even with the Magisterium declaring its own answers, there's plenty of dispute about where they come from or why they exist.
Bears: Bear politics! Dealing with the outside world as it encroaches on them! What makes bear society work? What stories do they tell about themselves? What's everyday life like for an armored bear who isn't royalty? What does their non-armor metalwork look like? (Completely optional bonus fact: polar bears usually have twins. Make of that what you will.)
Pop culture: What is fiction in Lyra's universe like, given the church's influence and the existence of daemons? We know there's no television or movies, but what do theatre and opera look like? Do playwrights specify daemon types for their characters, and how does casting work in these cases? Does the props department have various animal costumes? How do people get potentially subversive content past the Magisterium's censors, and what happens if they get caught?
World history: Go to town on this. Pick an event, setting, or group of people you love and tell me how it happened or what it's like in Lyra's world
All of these are completely optional and are meant as possible starting-out points. If your muse takes you in another direction, go to town!
Open to treats and any media you want to create.

Lock In - John Scalzi
WB: Growing up Haden (Lock In), WB: Haden Culture (Lock In), WB: Threeps (Lock In), Any or No Characters (Lock In - John Scalzi), Original Character(s) (Lock In - John Scalzi), Fanart, Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
All of these are completely optional and are meant as possible starting-out points. If your muse takes you in another direction, go to town!
Growing up Haden/Haden culture: The books (and Scalzi's "Unlocked: an Oral History of Haden's Syndrome") touch on the way the divisions between Hadens and non-Hadens (and Hadens who use threeps vs Hadens who don't, and further subdivisions) are both fundamental and completely arbitrary; anything that plays on that would be quite welcome. Haden status transcends other social markers such as race, class, and gender, but a person's race/class/gender/religion/etc. informs their Haden experience once they're locked in. We have a few stories of Chris Shane's childhood, but Chris is a special case in a few ways. What is it like for an ordinary child who's locked in at a young age? Is there a cultural divide between people who were locked in early and those who got sick as teens/adults? And what about the intersection of locked-in status with race/gender/non-Haden disability? How does being locked in (or not) make things easier or harder for people who would face different treatment because of their visible traits anyway?
Threeps: Tell me what these can do and what their limits are. What rules and customs have come up around them? What is the advertising like? (Do they need to list out a list of caveats like US drug commercials do?) What do threep-inclusive public spaces look like? And you know those instruction manuals that have giant lists of things not to do, and you can tell that each list item has a story behind it? I wouldn't say no to 1000 words of just that.
Open to treats and any media you want to create.

Do Not Wants: Sexually explicit material of any kind, especially underage material, incest, rape, dubcon/noncon, pedophilia, adult/minor relationships, script-styled pieces, songfics, chatfics, Aquato family being depicted as abusive to Raz.
Relationships: Chloe & Bobby, Chloe/Bobby (as agents only), Raz/Bobby (or platonic), Chloe/Lili (or platonic), Chops/Lili (or platonic), or any platonic interpretations of the listed characters.
Classes in Whispering Rock: i think this is really underutilized idea! we all only single classes with oleander, sasha, and milla, so i'd love for a piece featuring bobby, chloe, and other campers experiencing their regular classes or new ones.
Whispering Rock Campers as Motherlobe Interns: same general ideas as above! who would be their mentors? what would hollis teach them? what kind of missions would they go on?
Whispering Rock Campers as Psychonauts Agents: same premise as above, just now as actual agents! whether they're junior or regular agents as up to you. what departments would they work on? what kind of missions would they undergo?

Relationships: Rika/Satoko
Post-GouSotsu: what are satoko and rika's lives like now? how is rika at st. lucia without satoko, and are her days as bland as satoko promised? how is satoko faring in a seemingly fine hinamizawa?
Satoko and Rika's time in St. Lucia: would love to see more their tension and the rift, such as satoko's time studying and being separated from rika, or rika turning a blind eye to satoko's issues as she has done.
Satoko Houjou's Time Loops: or i would love to see more of satoko looping! how does she come to the conclusions that she does in another loop? or are there any missing scenes that could be shown in loops shown in canon?

Abandoned Game Boards: what happens when bernkastel or lambdadelta leave the board? or what are their logic errors like if one player leaves them to suffer fixing it? maybe bern could abandon erika and toss her in to fix it on behalf of her master?
Life as a Piece in a Witch's Game: would love to see something ange-centered, how she's existing in a strange way as both a human and witch in different periods of time. her plane of existence is odd, after all! or what if ange accepted lambdadelta's proposal to swap sides and become her piece?
Life as a Voyager Witch/The Sea of Fragments: what do bernkastel and lambdadelta do as they search for new fragments? do they insert themselves at random? or do they promise pieces their aid to win the tide in a game they find interesting?

I would love something with a similar folktale vibe, something meta-ish that treats the folktale stuff very seriously as actual history, or anything else you have in mind! For meta, a historian's account of any events would be fantastic, either an OC one or a real person. Original characters are hugely welcome in general!
For both of these tags I would adore anything that took the theme song in complete earnest. John Hunyadi lives to call for an election - what's that like, what changes? How did they arrive at a system of election about throwing crowns in the air? Is there something mystical about it (fortunetelling works in this universe, so maybe...?) or is it pure chance? Surely it wasn't *intended* that Matthias become king. What were the reactions when it happened this way? Maybe someone brings an embellished story to court about it and the Jester makes fun of it throughout?
I'm totally open to unusual formats/media like cyoa, if, any sort of meta documentation you can think of! Outsider POV and OCs are wonderful. Any POV is welcome, any rating is welcome, any archive warning that doesn't break dnw is welcome. I do ship the Jester and Matthias a lot but gen is wonderful too.

Okay but "what if Mihaly Szilagyi was a vampire" is absolutely inspired. He must have been mind controlling Matthias basically ever since they got Matthias back from Prague to keep Matthias from turfing him out and taking control of the country. I'm completely fascinated: what does a court run by Mihaly instead of Matthias look like? Are there fewer rebellions/attempts to give the throne away to various neighboring powers given Mihaly's age? Does Mihaly take any of Matthias's ideas about consolidating power and forming a standing army? Mihaly is still controlling him by 1462 in order to have him take Vlad captive, but Matthias would've been 19 by then and past the need for a regent - how does the transition look? Does Mihaly stay around as an advisor, or does he run things from behind the scenes? Where's Erszebet in all of this? Did things happen any differently with Catherine? What's Vlad's take on all of it when he realizes what's going on?
I'm totally open to unusual formats/media like cyoa, if, any sort of meta documentation you can think of! Outsider POV and OCs are wonderful. Any POV is welcome, any rating is welcome, any archive warning that doesn't break dnw is welcome. Mihaly/Matthias is welcome as is Matthias/Catherine and Matthias/Vlad.

I love every character honestly, all of the time travelers and all of the historical people. Any of them showing up is very welcome, as is any original characters, whether entirely invented or historically sourced. Or what happened after he went off to America post-canon? Did he make it there or stop somewhere else along the way?

As a rule, I'm not interested in the "revised" continuity of Dark Sun, which followed the novels into weird and wacky places about ancient halfling bioengineers doing an "oopsie" with the sun: I prefer the more stripped-down and mysterious history of the original box (which was at least loosely followed by the 4e version).
So:
The Deserts is pretty much a big catch-all category for exploring the majority of Athas. Consider: the history of the deserts (perhaps with regards to defilers, the sorcerer-kings, and the Dragon), navigation through them, living in them, the terror of being without water in them, and so forth.
The slave tribes and the elf tribes are fascinating inhabitants of the deserts. Consider for the slaves: the formation of these groups of escapees, their disparate members, any merging or splitting they might do, their internal politics and organisation, their conflicts. For elves: their protectiveness of their own members, their notoriety for treachery towards anyone else, their skill at navigating Athas' landscape.
Challenge combat (from Dragon Kings) has tonnes of potential for dramatic moments. Consider: great conflicts settled by challenge combat, particular traditions that champions or groups of people or city-states might have around challenge combat, high moments of treachery, times when challenge combat actually solved nothing.
Bards show the wealthier, but no less ruthless side of Athas, being (potential) assassins, infiltrators, and poisoners. Consider: their hiring as assassins and all that goes along with it, the idea of bards being "gifted" to other nobles, the social faux pas that is either being too obvious about sending bardic assassins or turning away bards just because they might be assassins and the consequences that result, the rare bard who does just want to play music, record history, and inspire people.

Exalted (Roleplaying Game)

Preferring (early) 1e continuity and concepts here, i.e. loosely 1e core/STG, Caste Books, Scav Sons. Not necessarily Games of Divinity and all it brings.
First Reports of Returning Solars - not that Anathema are unknown to the world, obviously, but exploring the idea (perhaps especially among the movers and shakers of the world, and among other Exalted) that after the long centuries the Solars are finally Exalting in numbers again. The emotional and political repercussions. Speculation on why: I've always been taken by the book suggestions that it took this long for the reincarnating Solars to be cleansed of their misdeeds, or that the Unconquered Sun has finally turned his face back to Creation after so long in despair at the monstrosity of the Solars and nevertheless also at their destruction.
Chivalry of the Deathknights - quoth 1e core "Abyssal Exalted are the noble champions of Death. Full of grace, educated and even charming in their cold fashion, the deathknights are gentlefolk as well as peerless warriors." This is definitely my preferred version of the Abyssals, rather than Neph's meditations on grimdark, forcibly destructive Exalted on a tight Neverborn leash (they're dead and dreaming, not conscious plotters).
Consider: the very particular customs that make up Underworld/Abyssal courtesy, chivalry, and charm. What effect does . The feudality of being a deathknight: the loyalty owed both to the unliving Deathlords and the unliving "peasants" of the Underworld. The protectiveness and noblesse oblige shown by e.g. Shards of Basalt in CB: Dawn. The fact that Abyssals are, by some margin, the most likely other type of Exalted to team up with Solars in early material.

The energy planes: just, what "life" is like in these planes which are so hostile to life as we know it. Their visitors and the extremely careful protections they need to take to stay there. The bleak fortresses of the undead on the Negative. The xag-ya and the ravids and the xeg-yi. (See source: The Inner Planes)
The Blood War: the great battlefields of the Blood War. Fame won and long in its fighting. Spectacular victories or defeats that moved the needle, just a little, for a while, until the grinding and inevitable stalemate resumed. Other planar factions, entities, and powers intervening, for whatever goals they might have in mind. The machinations of the yugoloths, between demon and devil. (See source: Hellbound - the Blood War).
The Great Modron March: the sheer vastness of the enterprise. The reactions of everyone to this enormous intrusion. The opportunities presented by it or left in its wake. The reasoning behind the March. If it's an observation mission, then the things that the March is actually cataloguing, potentially from the modron and/or Primus point of view. The observer paradox and the degree to which anything the March finds is actually reflective of the truth, given its own impact.
The Bleak Cabal's charitable work: Because altruistic existentialism is cool and because gods know Sigil clearly needs charitable work. So: the places that the Cabal set up their hospitals and hospices and soup kitchens. People they encounter there. The specific types of Bleakers who engage in this work. Their actual day-to-day activities.

This could be:
a reflection on Tau as it was settled;
the turning of the Sentients against the Orokin, and potentially the decision to launch an attack against the Orokin in spite of the consequences for the Sentients who have to once again make the Void journey to the Origin system;
Lotus and/or Hunhow and/or Erra as they were on Tau;
what, potentially is happening on Tau "now", in the contemporary Warframe timeline;
ideas about what Tau might be like when or if the Tenno ever end up there.

I mean. Arguably family is the point of Warframe. I'd love more ideas about how the Lotus relates to family both chosen and born, how Hunhow or Erra see her and her relationship to the Tenno, how the Tenno see Hunhow and Erra (particularly post-New War).

Between The Old War and Awakening - what were these long ages like for the inhabitants of the Origin System, as the Orokin fell, as the Grineer and Corpus rose (including for the Grineer or Corpus themselves, if you like?) What were they like for the Lotus? What was the Long Dream even like for the Tenno?
The Tenno Reawakening - what exactly was the trigger for Lotus reawakening us: what in the Origin system persuaded her that now was when we were needed? What were the reactions to the Tenno return for the Grineer, the Corpus, the general populace? What was it like for newly awakened Tenno, trying to get a hold of themselves and learn about the present Origin system and potentially meeting up with their fellows?

WB: The New War (Warframe), WB: The Aftermath of the New War (Warframe), Operator (Warframe), Tenno (Warframe), Lotus (Warframe), Hunhow (Warframe), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
The New War - any more ideas on what this was like for the Origin system as a whole (Grineer/Corpus/unaligned), either during or after the conquest, outside the vignettes we got in the game? Maybe for Tenno who weren't the "Chosen Operator"? Or more examination of Lotus throughout? More thoughts on Hunhow (and his minions) at this time? The idea of calling his own son a Dax has so much weight to it ...
The aftermath of TNW - similarly, but especially the recovery for the system as a whole. You might also consider the remnant Sentients - not just Hunhow and Erra/Pazuul, but everyone else in the great Sentient fleet that now had to retreat back to the Veil. A closer and more intimate look at the Tenno recovery - the Chosen Operator and/or the body of the Tenno as a whole, especially alongside Lotus and her renewed self. Thoughts specifically on Lotus settling into her new persona (whichever it might be) and potentially Eternalism echoes that make her think of the other choices and paths she could have made.

I know these are not necessarily popular opinions but, look, I think the Bull's cool. I think he's a neat character, and I think he's a great way to show just what you might be able to do to the setting. So let's have some fun. You could consider: how he starts getting the ball rolling on uniting the icewalkers, his first conquests of the cities thereafter, the slowly expanding ripples and reactions from farther and farther afield. The difficulties and consequences of his ongoing campaign as its reaches a greater and greater geographic extent, and the times when he has to stop and rest and resupply and rule.

Chalion Saga - Lois McMaster Bujold
WB: The Roknari and the Quadrene Faith (Chalion), WB: Women in the Son's Order (Chalion), Original Character(s) (Chalion Saga - Lois McMaster Bujold), Any or No Characters (Chalion Saga - Lois McMaster Bujold), Fanart, Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Either of these topics will be great to explore.
The Rocknari: It has to be interesting to live in a place that officially denies the existence of a fifth god, and yet there is ample and clear evidence of either his existence, or the existence of things that the Quintarians attribute to him, like chaos demons, or a saint of the Bastard being a Rocknari and helping out the Quintarians in various ways, or the clearly-established practices there are for dealing with persons who have chaos demons in them, or for the swift and vicious ways of dealing with "heretics" that indicate that they believe in the existence of the fifth god, even though they deny him. How do the Quadrenes explain away the existence of so many things the Quintarians take for granted?
Women in the Son's Order: This might feel like exploration of trans issues in Chalion, but I don't want someone to feel limited to that, as I'm sure there are plenty of women whose actions, attitudes, and professions put them under the aegis of the Son of Autumn, and who might very well join and be well-known and respected, either as lay dedicants, acolytes, or Learned Divines of the Son, and who may be also be part of the more militarnt parts of the Order, regardless of what the society around them might suggest is a proper role, or a proper god, for a woman to be part of. It certainly seems like there's ample opportunity for someone to choose which god they serve, as well as the influences of which god they were assumed born to, or if a god takes a particular interest in them for whatever reason.
Have fun with it, and it will go well.

All the characters are mixed together, so feel free to use who you want to that makes the best sense for the topic you want to choose.
If it helps you any with these topics, I usually see the Fire Nation as Confucian China in their outlook and organization (with Iroh as the comedic and subversive Daoist in their midst), the Earth Kingdoms as more of a Warring States (and philosophies) China (although I think of them as heavily influenced by the Legalists like Mohzi and Xunzi) the Air Nomads as itinerant Buddhists (Zen or otherwise), and the Water Tribes as Arctic Circle Native Americans. If you have different ideas about them use what works for you, but if you're looking for something to hang an anchor on, those are generally the backstories that I put behind the four nations, especially in regard to what they might consider scholarly arts or appropriate schooling for their residents, or how their linguistic differences might have developed, making the Water Tribe the likely most difficult to understand, even if they have a common language between all of them.
Vigilanteism: The second series got into it more in exploring things like gangs, triads, yakuza, and the like, but the Blue Spirit, Jet, and several of the actions that Katara and Sokka take on their own behalf and the behalf of others suggests that there's a strong streak of people, espeically people with bending abilities, taking matters into their own hands and dispensing what they believe is justice to those around them. This is obviously socially disruptive, no matter where it happens, but I suspect each nation's overarching philosophy and governmental structure gives them opinions to start from about when it's acceptable to buck the legal system, whether they see those vigilantes as respected freedom fighters, public nuisances, or terrorists and criminals who have to be put down hard and immediately because they threaten the social order.
Different Element: I can see this as being odd, but not necessarily being strange, if that makes any sense. People migrate, obviously, and the Fire Nation has done a job of trying to colonize and spread their people around in all kinds of other places. There would have to be pockets, whether at borders or in imperial service, or as emissaries between the nations, or a cabbage merchant with a very wide network of possible outposts, where people whose bending it attuned to another element are present in some other place. Although Republic City is Not Appearing In This Canon, I would expect places of a certain metropolitan nature to have naturally accumulated people of different bending styles and elements. It could be an interesting look into the philosophical underpinnings, or someone observing with a certain amount of wryness about how difficult it must be to have to build wrokarounds for so many people with one element when having a bender of another element around would be so much easier to manage.
Do what works for you and what you enjoy, though, and it'll be great.

Tortall - Tamora Pierce
WB: Women's Roles and Spaces (Tortall), WB: King's Own recruitment practices (Tortall), WB: King's Own non-military tasks (Tortall), WB: Collaboration between the Queen's Riders and King's Own (Tortall), Keladry of Mindelan, Buriram Tourakom (Tortall), Domitan of Masbolle (Tortall), Raoul of Goldenlake and Malorie's Peak (Tortall), Original Character(s) (Tortall - Tamora Pierce), Any or No Characters (Tortall - Tamora Pierce), Oranie of Mindelan (Tortall), Adalia of Mindelan (Tortall), Fanart, Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
All the characters are put together, so by all means, find whatever path works best for you to go through to get what you're looking for.
There's three topics here about the King's Own, and there's the line in Squire about how they used to be a cushy position for knights and mostly for ceremonial duties, and then the Immortals War happened and they've become instead a battle-hardened company of people who do the impossible on the regular. And that they get dispatched for humanitarian aid and other tasks as well as the ones involving laying a beating on something that's trying to make life worse for Tortallans. The King's Own also seems to have made some decisions about who is allowed to join up and what families they can come from, even if that causes friction with others. Is the King's Own a way of redeeming family name through service to the Crown? And who else joins them for a potential career in glory and military service. Is it the usual second and third sons who aren't going to inherit their family title and lands?
It's not surprising that Jonathan's personal force and Thayet's personal force would collaborate with each other regularly on operations, especially since they're set for different tasks as harriers and scouts or heavy cavalry and infantry, but I wonder how much that collaboration also affects things like how the men of Tortall see women, and what kinds of priggish or foolish attitudes that may have developed during the process of becoming a knight and working with the Own that get swiftly smashed when having to work with the Queen's Riders on the regular. (And maybe it goes the other way, as well, that some women get some of their preconceptions about armored men broken by working with Raoul and the Own.
I also included the three ladies of Mindelan in relation to Women's Roles and Spaces because of the way that Kel's relationship with her sisters and with the conservative factions of Tortall makes for tensions about what is a woman's proper role in Tortall, whether it's marriage, a shield, or whatever she chooses. Having experience with Yaman and the way their court works would presumably also influence the thoughts and ideas that Kel, Oranie, and Adalia would have about what being a woman entails, and there's always Ilane in the background, also providing wisdom about what's going on (and Piers, too, possibly, but his input may be limited). Plus, how do the sibling bonds between them shape how they interact with each other in more public spaces (like how in Page, there's definitely a moment of "nobody gets to make fun of our sister but us" after someone delivers an insult to Kel, and there's also Ulaine of Hannalof and how she's openly admiring of Kel (and ends up joining Thayet's ladies, so she's definitely got enough martial ability to stay with the queen.))
Which is to say, Tortall is a rich world of possibility and also it tends to leave away the politics of things because the protagonists are generally uninterested in politics, even if politics swirls around them regularly. So what you can do to fill the gaps will be appreciated very much.

I'm pretty well on-board with whatever you want to come up with here, since RWBY often focuses on the characters, the adventures, and the actions sequences and only engages in the worldbuilding when the characters run into it. There has to be a lot of the world going on away from the academies and the metropolitan areas, with bandit clans, Grimm incursions, and the general necessity of having people with unlocked Auras in your space if you want to survive against the encroachment. With Hunters basically as licensed mercenaries who choose their own gigs, set their own rates, and answer to basically nobody once they're outside of the control of the academy or the seat of government, there have to be all kinds of stories about getting enough to hire your mercenaries, or running into bad ones, or criminals trying to do ply their trade in the outlying areas. Being a force for good in this world has to be exhausting, and it probably feels more like trying to take care of me and mine than in anything grand or revelatory about building up civilization and pushing back the Grimm.
Or you could delve into what things are like at the academies and how they structure their lessons and fieldwork. O what the examinations are like and what skills are tested to prove that you are a proper hunter and can take care of yourself, at least. Given how many Hunters are apparently one-person armies and mercenaries, I wonder what's being tested, whether it's skills that will be useful in living a life on your own, or whether it's skills that will assure the people in charge of government that you're not going to be a drain on the public purse or something like that. We know that Atlas likes to try and recruit their graduates into the military, but that's also shown not to be a universal acceptance or even desire from some characters.
Do what you like doing, and it will shine through.

All the characters are jumbled up here, so feel free to use which ones make the most sense for you and the story you want to tell.
Past She-Ras: Obviously, Adora and Mara have both wielded the sword, but there's an entire possible legacy for them, stretching back out across the eras. Light Hope might have known about them, Razz might have encountered them, and there's probably evidence of them all scattered around for someone to discover. Piecing together your own past and what you're intended to do with the power that you have, or what you managed to do instead, is a lovely story possibility.
Life in the Horde / Life After the Horde both seem like good opportunities for quotidian things, but also possibly some commentary on the seemingly flat command structure of the Horde, the numbers that they had available to do what they did across the planet, and also, what happens to them after they've been beaten to the point that Horde Prime commands nobody any more. A fair number of them were probably only common soldiers and might turn to other, more peaceful methods soon enough, but what about the ones who were commanders? Are they still trying to cling to what was and think about a glorious rise again, or do they mostly agree with Catra that Hordak was a bad boss, Horde Prime was worse, and they're all better off doing something else anyway?
The aftermath of the controls put on characters feels a lot like the possibility for catapult nightmares, but also might be the opportunity for them to express to their loved ones and friends how much the controllers didn't have to do much for them to turn them into their worst selves, and how they're not feeling great about themselves that it was there, and how easy it was to be controlled, and the opportunities for a lot of kissing and making up, as well, and the various forgivenesses and talking-out that it will take to make this happen. It could be a really deep dive into feelings, sorrows, and worries. Or it could be a character resolutely running away from confronting any of those things, no matter how good for their mental health it might be.
Do what works for you, and it will shine through.

For this request, focusing on any of the Vees' employees for the Vee Tower or food transportation (with the Vees just in the background) is golden! I just would like to see how any of these prompts affect the Vees and the people who work for them.
How does becoming an Overlord work? What do they talk about other than the yearly Extermination? Probably territorial disputes which might bother more than a couple of them, but why do they work together on occasion but look down on the Vees who are a more tight knit group? (If you write from the Vees perspective, I like them all being equals who will mess with each other. Only sexual/romantic stuff between Valentino and Vox though.)
Anything you choose to explore with any of these would be amazing! I just like viewing such things through the lens of a character's perspective. (This includes writing in 2nd person, which I would love as long as 2nd person is a character and not the reader. Also if you want to explore with CYOA with this, I would be in love!)

Daddy Kink: I'm definitely good with Val calling Vox "papi/papito" and himself "daddy". Whether Vox is into it or annoyed is up to you. Either way is good!
Futanari: Give Valentino whatever genitals you want. And Vox being able to change out his parts for whatever (though likely requiring some convincing, depending on the time and his current mindset) is also amazing.
Genderbending: Either or both being women? Yes. As long as they are still both awful to everyone outside of the Vees, give it to me.
Infidelity: Technically I don't see Valentino cheating on Vox, because Valentino wouldn't have said anything about being monogamous. But Vox feeling like he's being cheated on, despite knowing better, is something I'm super down for exploring. Again, I tend to think Vox is too monogamous and obsessed with Valentino, but even if he saw someone else, Valentino wouldn't consider it cheating.
Trans Headcanons: I might usually prefer them both going by he/him, but if you want to make one or both transition into or from women or nonbinary? Also good. Val particularly being good with fluidity and taking it is stride is excellent. I imagine Vox would have more hangups with it.
Non-Con/Dub-Con: Staticmoth is one of the few pairings I will opt into dub-con for, but I still prefer it's not non-con. Or, if it is, they both enjoy it at the end.
Omegaverse: It's not usually my cup of tea, but again: these two make me want most everything. Give me them both as alphas. Give me beta Valentino who tries to act like an alpha with all his other tricks. Give me Vox hiding being an omega with suppressants, whether or not Valentino or Velvette know. Give me NESTING FICS!

WB: Imp Reproduction and Pregnancy (HB), WB: Adoption (HB), Millie (Helluva Boss), Loona (Helluva Boss), Blitzo (Helluva Boss), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
Children and family is such a big theme in HB!
I'm really excited to see where things go with Millie's pregnancy, both in canon and if that's what you choose to write about. Getting to explore more of it as it goes along, especially with Moxxie. I adore Millie/Moxxie, so please feel free to add elements of that, even if it is just Millie talking about Moxxie with someone else. Being helped by her family or even Blitzo? I opt-in to abortion as well, if that is where you think she might decide to go. Is it easy for imps to get abortions? Both as a physical thing and in getting that slow healthcare to see her and help her out?
We saw the moment Blitzo saw Loona. How are Hellhounds kept in literal jail cells? Sure it is supposed to mirror real world shelters, but it says a lot about how Hellhounds are viewed that they can be kept like that until they are eighteen if they don't have parents. Did Blitzo think much of it beforehand? Did he think that much of Hellhounds before coming to know Loona? What all did Loona have to deal with being in that system? Again, go wild. If you write about how Loona got into the system and end with her inside it, I opt-in to a downer ending. Also, Loona gets to know Beelzebub. Does she ever bring up what an awful thing is going on to her people? Loona isn't the type to bring it up, but if they spend time together as friends, would it somehow come up?
Blitzo/Stolas can be mentioned in any of this! As well as Loona's crush on Vortex or even Beez/Loona/Vortex.

There is so much to explore with what happened after The Lost Age. I wasn't entirely happy with Dark Dawn, but you can use ideas from it if you'd like, such as Patcher's Place being where most of Vale settled down. Is Patcher the name of Garet's father? He was the mayor, after all.
Exploring how the Valeans handle their change from Felix, Garet, Isaac, or Jenna's perspective would be cool. Or even from Sheba, Mia, Picard, Ivan, or Kraden's. How long do any of them stick around there before heading off to wherever they would go? Does Picard ship them back and what all immediate changes do they see on the seas from alchemy's return? How long did the journey take in the first place?
For anything pre-canon, I would like to know what all Mia did in Imil outside of healing. When an epidemic wasn't spreading and there was only the occasional sickness or injury, what were her other tasks? To who did she pray? People adored her, but she thought alchemy would be a terrible blight on the world because of what she was taught--while also being an adept. There are so many ways to take it!

CLAIMED - PH #2 - fic, meta - Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened (Video Game), Good Omens - Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett, Battlestar Galactica (2003), A Study in Emerald - Neil Gaiman, Chronicles of Narnia - C. S. Lewis

Or a view of one of their performances.

WB: First Reports of Returning Solars (Exalted), WB: Chivalry of the Deathknights (Exalted), Original Character(s) (Exalted (Roleplaying Game)), Any or No Characters (Exalted (Roleplaying Game)), Unconquered Sun (Exalted), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta

This could be:
a reflection on Tau as it was settled;
the turning of the Sentients against the Orokin, and potentially the decision to launch an attack against the Orokin in spite of the consequences for the Sentients who have to once again make the Void journey to the Origin system;
Lotus and/or Hunhow and/or Erra as they were on Tau;

Long ago, HLS said:
And it doesn't have to be this specific vision of the First Exaltation, but I'd still love to see some ideas around that. Was it at the same time as Luna and the Maidens and Gaia/the Dragons so that the whole Host rose together, or did one go first? Did each partner in the Divine Rebellion choose one champion to begin with, or were there many? What did it feel like for the new Exalted? What did the gods (and Autochthon and Gaia) think when they beheld their new creations?
(UCS) "These Exaltations won't catalyze. What am I doing wrong?"
(Autochthon) "Let me see that. Hm. Are you putting everything you have into this?"
(UCS) "Of course not. Nothing can withstand that."
(Autochthon) "These Exaltations are insufficiently awesome. You must push yourself to your limits."
(UCS) "But I have none."
(Autochthon) "Nevertheless."
(UCS) "Very well—but I warned you."
And on that day the sun flared so that it encompassed the entire sky, and Creation was taken with terror and wonder. Luna rose ahead of schedule to shield the world from that unbearable light, and beneath the apocalyptic vision of this eclipse, the first [Solar] Exalted began to take the Second Breath... "
CLAIMED - PH #10 - art, fic, meta - Chalion Saga - Lois McMaster Bujold, Avatar: The Last Airbender (Cartoon 2005), FAQ: The "Snake Fight" Portion of Your Thesis Defense - Luke Burns, Tortall - Tamora Pierce, RWBY, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power (2018)

Helluva Boss (Web Series)

黄金の太陽 | Golden Sun Series
WB: Vale's Refugees Moving To Kalay Or Rebuilding Nearby (GS), WB: The Years Immediately After The Return of Alchemy (GS), WB: A Priestess' Role In Their Community (GS), Mary | Mia (Golden Sun), Garcia | Felix (Golden Sun), Gerald | Garet (Golden Sun), Picard | Piers (Golden Sun), Jasmine | Jenna (Golden Sun), Fanfiction, In-Universe Meta
(If any pairings written about with these, only choose from Felix/Picard, Garet/Jenna, or any variation within Isaac/Mia/Sheba, including them as a triad.)
