I just really want to know what it was like for the Defenders characters and larger NYC during the Blip. Kill off anyone you like! Gen or ships of any kind among the requested characters are welcome! Feel free to bring in any other NYC MCU characters you like.

- What was it like living in NYC during the Blip? All we know from canon are a few shots of the city looking pretty desolate and Steve running a support group. What was it like for random New Yorkers? What was it like for the Defenders? Who lived and who turned to dust? Any imagery of the Blip happening or its aftermath would be awesome.

- The various Defenders shows look at different kinds of crime in the city. What happens to the criminal underworld when 50% of people are gone? Who’s in charge? Who’s fighting against them? Newspaper reports or other documents during or after the Blip of what life was like.

- Post-Blip, how do the missing Defenders come back together? How do people adjust to having superheroes back again, along with everyone else who was vanished? I am a big fan of sentimental reunions and awkward hugging.

After the events of Endgame, there now exists a timeline where, from 2014 onwards, Thanos is gone, along with Gamora and Nebula. I am deeply fascinated by this new timeline. Gen or any ships welcome. Feel free to bring in any other MCU characters you like.

- How do things play out differently without the threat of Thanos and the events of Infinity War? Tony, Nat, and Vision don’t die, Steve doesn’t go back in time.

- Does Carol ever come back to Earth? Do the Skrull?

- Do the Guardians even come together without Gamora?

- What happens to the Asgardians if their ship isn’t attacked and Heimdall and Loki live? Does Valkyrie still become their leader?

- Are there any other dramatic changes I haven’t thought of?

The Full Moon Party at Kamar-Taj! I need to learn more about this. What could have been so out there that Strange would make everyone forget it (with the implication that they chose that), while he alone remembers? I’m fine if this goes in a shippy direction for Strange/Wong, but if so, I can’t imagine it would have been just the two of them. Was it a giant sorcerer orgy? That feels too tame; shit must have gotten weird here. What does such an extreme party look like visually, with all the impressive, sparkly magic these people can do?

I am obsessed with all we don’t know about what’s going on with this show. I love how brutal and gory the horror is, but also the moments of very human life in the midst of so much terror and uncertainty. Canon ships only please.

- We know almost nothing about the monsters, other than they’re in some sort of deactive state (or maybe just deeply asleep?) during the day and seem to spend the night walking slowly while hunting people. Is that it? Is there any more to their lives? If not, what are things like from the POV of a monster? Do they talk to each other? Do they ever stop smiling?? We know they make art, but do they write too?

- Somehow a fairly large group of people came up with this Colony House vs Town setup. A lot of it seems to be due to very different personalities, but how did these complicated rules comes to be? Both Boyd and Donna are good leaders, in very different and similar ways, so was this whole system about the two of them or did other people play a major role? Did they write down bylaws?? Are there any other documentary records of this system? Contrasting these two places of survival visually could look very cool too.

I think sci fi is most interesting when it's taking something that we're familiar with (by virtue of being humans and living on Earth) and then considering how that changes in the future/outside of Earth/when new elements are introduced (i.e. aliens). In that vein, I love stories about time/physics fuckery and other reversals of the fundamental laws of the universe, or how our socialeconomic system works when transplanted onto the moon or another planet. I also love stories about how the central tenets of humanism remain no matter how things change - e.g. androids/cyborgs who want to feel love, space travellers who want nothing more than to go home.

I've been low-key obsessed with holocrons recently – the Legends version of holocrons, that have one or more personalities within them. How sentient really are holocrons? What role do they play in Jedi society – both in the Old Republic and in the rebuilt Jedi Order? What is it like to interact with the holographic echo of someone you knew in life?

I'm generally very interested in Jedi culture and Jedi philosophy, in whatever direction you'd like to explore it! I'm fascinated by the historical development of the Jedi Code and by Jedi mysticism generally. I'd also love to see more about how the Jedi Order operates in day-to-day life as a multispecies society – what does the cafeteria look like? Are there Jedi holidays? We mostly see the Jedi as warriors, but what do their other roles in galactic society look like – as diplomats, scholars, or anything else?

As far as both the archaeology and manuscript transmission requests go, what's behind them is really a fascination with (a) what survives the sinking of Beleriand, (b) how it survives, and (c) how the surviving material is interpreted and reinterpreted by future scholars (and laypeople!) to recreate the history of Beleriand. What are the gaps that still need to be filled in? Where is the guesswork right – and where is it wrong? Why were these things preserved and not others – was it chance? If it was deliberate, who decided what was to be preserved, and how did they make that decision? Are there questions of authenticity and suspected forgeries?

I'm also very interested in manuscript production in Beleriand. Where and by whom were manuscripts produced? What scripts were used, and how could the uses of particular scripts or different dating systems indicate political affiliation? How did Mannish, Elven, and Dwarven writing practices differ?

Wheel of Time has essentially poisoned my brain for two-thirds of my life and I crave more of it at all times. I am rabidly interested in all of the worldbuilding tags I've requested! I'm a massive (understatement) Aiel fan and I would love to read more about the more mysterious parts of Aiel history, particularly the transformation of Aiel society from peace-loving tree-serenading hippies before the breaking to the modern Aiel. And I would die for anything about the Samma N'Sei! I still remember my "OH NOOOOO" moment when I realized who the red-veiled Aiel were and what that meant about all the male channelers who had gone north to die nobly. I would love to read about their twisted versions of Aiel customs and how their society was formed. How do they live, up there in the Blight? What do they learn as children? How do they view the trickle of male channelers turned and forced into their ranks? Ahhhh all of it. And what was life in the Town like, anyways? How did poor Isam grow up, and how was he transformed into Slayer? And then we have the Aelfinn and Eelfinn, who we've seen a good deal of by the end of the series and yet know so little about. They're creepy, intriguing, unpleasant, and I'd love to know more! Finally, of course, the Age of Legends. Tell me more about it! I love all the weird cattiness and drama between the Forsaken and Lews Therin, too. I can't shake the mental image of AoL Lanfear (or Mierin) repeatedly driving past Lews Therin's house in her jo-car looking in his windows. This isn't necessarily a prompt, but like, this is definitely the mood I get.

* WB: Abandoned Places: In a dying world with no new births, more and more places will end up abandoned, so what kind of forgotten places do Julie, Ai, and others find? Maybe some of them might even be haunted? Do they find remnants like diaries and letters from before God's abandonment? Does Julie visit places of his past, now abandoned? Before he met Ai and the others, what ghost towns and cities did he pass by on his travels?

* WB: Post-canon Ostia: How goes the rebuilding of Ostia? The city's been trapped in an endless loop for fourteen years, so even though Julie and the others were only in that time loop briefly, what are the effects of suddenly being able to feel the flow of time again? Does the group decide to stay in Ostia? Julie might think of it as a good place to raise Celica, or he and the others might grow restless instead. How would such a city thrive in a dying world?

* WB: Religion & Myths: Since Julie was born before the world changed, he would know that there was no great proclamation when God supposedly abandoned the world, so he probably has a rather cynical view of religion. How have religious beliefs changed since that faithful day? How are miracles now perceived, with people's deepest wishes actually coming true? What about places of worship? What kinds of myths have sprung up about gravekeepers?

* WB: The Forest: The Forest is quite the curious place, and it'll be great to see more of it through Mylne's eyes. We know of Mylne's apothecary shop and Mole's café, but what about other places in the forest? What do Mylne and the other forest residents think of the strange stone structure? Which forest residents is Mylne friendly with? What about forest residents she doesn't know as well? Does the forest receive visitors often?

* WB: World Outside the Forest: Or, what about places outside Mylne's forest? Has Mylne ever been outside her forest home? I love all sorts of behind the scenes things when it comes to the MCU — For instance, I'm really intrigued by the glimpses we've gotten of life during the blip, but I'd love to see more. What was the world like? How did it look in the first months after half the universe disappeared? What was it like for everyday people who had no clue who Thanos even was when suddenly everyone around them starting to disappear?

Same with the Chitauri invasion. What happens afterward now that everyone knows aliens can just drop down out of the sky at any moment?

I also love the idea of the timeline that didn't have Thanos or the timeline where Hydra thinks Steve is all in with them. How does that change everything else that happens? Or do some of the same things still happen?

And finally how does someone come to grips with being mind-controlled? Someone like Bucky or Nat or Yelena would be good for this, but you can use anyone else if you want.

I do ship Steve/Nat and also Nat/any female character if you choose to write them.
